Eligibility Criteria: Check Your Qualifications

1. Educational Qualification
- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS):
- Essential: Class 10th pass from a recognized board OR ITI pass.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Urdu.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- English Typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
- Proficiency in Computer Operations.

- Assistant and Section Officer:
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in a government or similar institution is required. (For Assistant: 3 years of experience as UDC or equivalent; for Section Officer: 3 years of experience as Assistant or 8 years as UDC).
- Proficiency in computer operations, noting, and drafting.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Urdu.
- Deputy Registrar:
- Essential: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience of 5 years as an Assistant Professor or an equivalent administrative position.
2. Age Limit
The age limit for the posts is calculated as of the last date of application, i.e., July 31, 2025.
- Deputy Registrar: Maximum age is 50 years.
- All Other Posts (Section Officer, Assistant, LDC, MTS): Maximum age is 40 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC) and PwBD candidates as per government rules.
